Room 3 were learning how to use vocabulary effectively.  We put together three words at a time to say something important.  We used these three words to make a mini music video sharing our sentences.

This week on Wednesday Room 3's awesome Film Festival movie will be shown on the Xtreme Screen at Sylvia Park Hoyts Cinema at the Manaiakalani Film Festival.  We are so excited for our first big movie we have made to by seen by all the people at the Festival :-)  Check out the trailor of our movie!

'What Now' at Manaiakalani Film Festival

We had an amazing time at the Maniakalani Film festival and 'What Now' was there to experience it all.  They played the article about the event on December 4th.  Here is what they reported.

Manaiakalani Film Festival

Wow, what a wonderful day of celebrating the students achievements with their movie making today was.


Room 6, 7 & 8 presented their Films at the Manaiakalani Film Festival at Sylvia Park Hoyts, X-treme screen.  They were part of the 7 schools presenting.  It was a great celebration of the students work they have done in Media Studies.


The students introduced their movies clearly and with great diction and had the audiences total attention.  All three movies were very well received by the over 2000 people who attended the festival.
