The Feast of St Pius X

St Pius X was born on June 2, 1835. He grew up in a country called Italy. He had 8 brothers and 8 sisters. St Pius. X had a real name and it was Joseph Sarto. Joseph Sarto became a Priest and then a Bishop and then he came to be a Cardinal and then he finished up being a Pope. He wanted everyone to get the Eucharist and to help the poor people. Joseph Sarto died on the 18 August, 1907 and everyone was so sad that he died.

Netball Tournament

Very proud of some members of our class who represented our school at the Tamaki Cluster Netball Tournament.  They did so well and played their little hearts out.  Prehaps some future Silver Ferns here :-)

Spirit of Truth 1

We have been learning about being the Spirit of Truth and being a good role model out in the playground.  Here is the movie that one of the groups made about doing exactly that.
